Ballakelly is pleased to offer a range of bespoke and customisable services for outside catering events, based around our own retailing meat products. Our service generally centers on breakfast and barbeque grills and our whole pig spit roast, and is designed to cater for medium-sized events with a refined range of quality offerings. This can include bacon and sausage baps, burgers and hot dogs, and of course, pulled pork baps with apple sauce and stuffing. Though we offer only a standard price for its booking, we recommend whole hog roasts for events that seek to cater for no fewer than 100 people.
We are proud to use Manx providers in all of our catering aspects – this means soft flour baps made by our friends at Ross Bakery, cheeses from Isle of Man Creameries, and salads grown and sold locally.
